Extended Warranty Claims
When you need repairs for your RV, it’s better recommended to return to your selling dealership whenever possible. Their staff is well-informed about the procedures regarding insurance repairs. If, for some reason, you cannot return to your dealer, take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility.
Give the service provider a copy of your protection plan contract/policy when you drop off your vehicle. Let them know about the SAL Protection Plan. The repairs will be diagnosed and authorized by the claims administrator. If the repair is eligible under your contract/policy, it will be reimbursed.
Before repairing your vehicle, make sure to instruct the repair facility to contact your claims administrator to obtain an authorization number for the eligible repairs. After receiving the authorization number, review with the service department what will be eligible under your contract/policy.
